vchrTsm4 Reset Handler is an application for users who are using a Japanese version on PalmOS machine, it only runs PalmOS4.0+, but was specially design for OS5.0+ as "haclks" are no longer an option on OS5.
In a Japanese PalmOS machine, the default input method is Japanese, there is no option for user to choose, which maybe un-handy for english base user.
And the clac. button has been assign to Japanese input method too, which also annoy some user.
vchrTsm4 Reset Handler will help, it change the default input method to english everytime after reset, and it also trap the calc button back to the calc appication.

This is useful because the PalmPilot speaker tends to be on the quiet side. If you keep your device in your pocket, you may not even hear the alarm. By making the alarm repeat longer, there's a better chance that you'll hear it
