Quad4 Quad4 is a quadrant based task and time management application that is not based on date and time restrictions, but rather the level of urgency. The 4 different levels of urgency can be summarized individually or all together on one screen. There is also a built-in sketch pad for those quick notes. PlanMyDay PlanMyDay imports todays entries from the built in calendar and todo application.

DayLog DayLog - Enter, plan, journal, or schedule your daily tasks / log each day.
Select a category you create, enter a subject, the log text, and optional starting and ending time, and pick a color icon. DayLog will automatically calculate how many hours each task takes and total the hours by category.
You can list either all the daily logs or just for a selected category
