FtrList FtrList - I once needed a small tool to check which features were installed and what their values were and came up with this small program.
The program consists of a list in which all installed features are shown.
The first column is the creatorID of the owner, the second the feature number and the third the value in hex
PRCExplorer PRCExplorer - Using this tool you can open any PRC file and navigate into it.
You can see individual resources, graphically display Forms and Alerts, Bitmaps, Fonts, ...
This is useful to debug and develop your application as well as analyzing PRCs
Kill PDB Kill PDB - This application is great for programmers.
Kill PDB allows you to delete Palm databases (.PDB) by its creator ID (even the hidden ones).
Please, be very carefull when you use it.

EditC EditC is a memo and doc editor designed for writing PocketC applets. It is an enhanced version of the original Memo Pad application.
