ScrollBar5 slows down the rapid PalmOS 5.x scroll bars to a more usable rate.
ScrollBar5 is a 68k app but is only supported on PalmOS 5.x.
The speed of the scroll bars are configurable but the default values should give the best results for most users.
ScrollBar5 is not needed on the Treo 600 or any device using PalmOS 5.4 or greater.
What's New in This Release:
· Added activation option to selectively enable or disable this preference panel while a user specified list of apps (up to 20) are executing.
· This is for use with games or other apps that don't use scrollbars but are event (usually graphics) intensive.
· This is also useful if you like the faster scrollbars for some apps
