ModScan - This is Modbus master scanner supports Modicon ASCII and RTU protocols, useful for PLC or SCADA engineers.
Communicate with device through a serial cable.
You need a NULL MODEM converter when connect to devices:
Supported Modbus ASCII and RTU protocols
Supported 4 function codes 01 (Coil Status), 02(Input Status), 03(Holding Register), 04(Input Register) in read mode
Data format supported: Binary, Hex, Unsigned Integer, Signed Integer (2 bytes), Floating Point, Swapped Floating Point (4 bytes), Double, Swapped Double (8 bytes).
Connect to device through serial cable with different speeds from 600 bps -> 115200 bps, 7 or 8 databits, 1 or 2 stopbits, parity and flow control.
Dynamically change information during scan
