BiDec is a simple program that may be of some use to network technicians, computer programmers, or for students attending a CISCO networking class.
It is capable of converting any 8 digit binary number into a number between 0 and 255 and vice versa, as according to the Base 2 (Binary) System.

· BiDec has been completely revamped. It now features a much easier to use interface and no longer requires the PocketC Runtime to work.
