LoanTerRight - Loan calculator with printout tape. LoanTerRight is a powerful yet easy to use graphical simulation of a hardware calculator. LoanTerRight has the standard formulas for calculating the four quantities associated with obtaining a loan. Principal, annual percentage rate, years, and monthly payment, are pre-programmed into its memory. The user can solve for any one quantity if the other three are known. LoanTerRight can be used as a standard decimal calculator with 9 memories for general problem solving. An exclusive feature of is the simulation of a paper tape printout on the right side of the Pda screen. The user is allowed to print a maximum of 500 lines on two separate virtual paper tapes. Each tape can be scrolled up or down at a rate of 1 or 10 print lines. In the screen shot example, the user wants to borrow $150,000 at an annual percentage rate of 8% for a period of 30 years. What are his monthly payments? The printout displays $1100.65 as the answer.
