TopSelecText - This product was created for Handspring/palmOne Treo 600 and Treo 650 only. It will not work on other devices than Treo 600 or Treo 650.
Normally, there is no way to select/highlight text on your Treo 600 / Treo 650 without removing the stylus or struggling with a fat and/or stubby finger.
Now you can do it!
Use the following Shift and 5-Way Rocker combinations to highlight words:
Shift+Left
Shift+Right
Shift+Up
Shift+Down
Use the Shift+Center combination to do one of these:
highlight current word
highlight current line
highlight whole text field
show system Command Bar
dial selected number
send SMS to selected number
send e-mail to selected address
navigate selected web address
lookup selected name in contacts
One-hand use option.
RNS:: TreoSelecText is a Preferences panel, which means its icon is not displayed among other applications (in a launcher), but it shows up as a new panel in the Palm OS preferences (the "Prefs" application).
What's New in This Release:
· Option to copy selected text or paste text at cursor with the Shift+Center combination.
· "file:///" scheme support in the "Hyperlink" feature (by default opens files in Blazer).
· Bugfix: the "Hyperlink" feature executed on phone umbers immediately dialed numbers instead of allowing the choice of sending an SMS message in the "Shift mode".
· Enhanced German format phone numbers detection for the "Hyperlink" feature.
