New contact information added to your contact list includes email, name (used as the display name in the email address) and company (taken from the domain name).
If you receive an email and you want to immediately add that contact, not a problem. From your menu key just click "Add Contact" and ContactCREATOR will do the rest. That simple.
What if you want to add all new contacts, you can do that to. ContactCREATOR can automatically add new users without having to ask you each time.
ContactCREATOR can also import Outlook export files to give you greater flexibility in importing your contacts from your desktop.
Automatic Decision Rules allow you to specify Company names that will always be accepted, and specify Company names to always discard, filtering against unwanted emails including junk and spam too.
