ControlConsoleAPI is a tool for interaction between a PC and PS3 in real-time. With this suite you can perform simpler tasks like setting ConsoleIDs and loading plugins, but cheats can also be loaded as well. For the most part, many of the functions that used to be exclusive to DEX firmwares can now be accomplished on all systems with ControlConsole.
