Advanced Mobile for 311 provides a fast and easy way to report issues and create service requests for local governments, colleges, and universities using your mobile device! Pick the location of a problem or issue on the map, select the service category that it falls into, and attach an optional photo. Submit your Advanced Mobile for 311 request and Blue Dot's Advanced Mobile servers will route it to the appropriate municipality or responsible agency.
Your community wants your help! Many cities and municipalities have already established local 311 (non-emergency) phone systems. Use your GPS-enabled mobile device and let them know exactly where that dangerous pothole or fallen tree is. Be the first to notify them when a street light burns out or a trash bin is overflowing. Provide important GPS information and photographs quickly and easily without spending time on the web. Create and review requests without waiting on the phone for a call center representative.
Advanced Mobile for 311 supports the 'Open311' standard, enabling direct interaction with a growing number of municipal 311 systems. Unlike other 311 applications, Advanced Mobile for 311 is also fully integrated into leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and can create real Service Requests that are often more quickly reviewed and resolved than possible with email based solutions. If your community does not yet have a 311 system or a compatible EAM system, Advanced Mobile for 311 will generate an email and submit it to the appropriate local authority.
