SmartDialer is an Windows Phone 7 app that enables you to make calls from your desktop PC, without dialing the phone numbers on your WP7 smart phone. Entering (or capturing) phone numbers can instead be done from the PC app - EasyDialer - in several different ways. For instance you can hover with the mouse cursor over a phone number in your Web browser and press a hotkey to initiate the call. And it works with almost any PC application.
SmartDialer can also receive text messages sent from the PC, that can be easily integrated in an SMS message or used as an url in your phones Web browser for instance. All that - without any need for typing on your phone!
How it works ...
The SmartDialer concept basically consists of three different components:
1) The SmartDialer app on your WP7 phone
2) The EasyDialer desktop PC client that allows for easy initiating of calls from almost any PC application such as IE, Word, Excel and other...
3) The server part that connects SmartDialer and EasyDialer (which you don't need to bather about - since it is a web service and works behind the scenes).
