Short Term Memory - This is a trail and pre release version of the game 'Short Term Memory'. More functions and features will be add in after getting feedbacks from the user.
Short Term Memory:
We often store information in the form of visual images in our short-term memory (STM).
However, information and details do not remain in the STM forever. Continual attention needs to be mentally applied on these information in order to reduce their rate of decay.
Once you stop focusing your attention on certain information, they will start to decay, and you may soon find it hard to recall these information in your head.
Did you find it harder to remember the colours as the number of coloured blocks increased?
As you focus your attention on new information to put into your STM, previous information would have begun to decay.
Moreover, the average capacity of our STM is 7 items. Thus, as the number of items to remember increases, previous items will decay to make room for new items.
