Messaging Plus - Esta herramienta te permitira enviar tanto mensajes SMS Certificados como SMS utilizando tus creditos de LleidaNer.
Un SMS Certificado es un mensaje corto de texto con caracter de prueba frente a terceros en el que se certifica, de forma fehaciente, el contenido del mensaje y la fecha de envio mediante el acuse de recibo firmado digitalmente.
Constituye un metodo mucho mas barato que otros medios de notificacion como el Burofax o la carta certificada y permite automatizar los procesos con garantias legales en todas aquellas situaciones en las que nos interesa poder demostrar que la comunicacion se ha llevado a cabo.
Cuando el mensaje es entregado en el terminal, se genera un documento electronico en formato PDF, en el que se incluye el contenido del mensaje, la identidad del remitente y el numero de telefono del receptor. Este documento, que incluye la firma electronica del operador y un sello de tiempo de la Autoridad de Certificacion Camerfirma, sera enviado por Lleida.net al cliente y constituye una prueba con valor legal del envio del mensaje.
