PIN Manager is a free 'mobile safe' for the mobile phone, by means of which confidential information and data can be stored in the mobile – password-protected and encoded – such as for example your personal log-on data to the e-mail account, the messenger or to the online shop. With the picture feature, documents can be photographed with the camera of the mobile phone and stored together with an info. The PIN Manager can also be used independently from the portal. However, with the use of the portal, valuephone not only provides a secure data storage (e.g. in case you lost your mobile phone), but also a comfortable maintenance of the data on your computer. In addition, next to your Windows Phone you can register two more mobile phones and synchronize them with each other. Notes to the security policy of valuephone: Privacy is our top priority, which is also described in our privacy policy at www.valuephone.com. Sensitive data, such as the information from the PIN Manager on your Windows Phone and the portal are saved encrypted (AES 256) only. We'd like to mention that in the U.S. AES is approved for state documents with the highest security clearance. The communication of the mobile application happens, independent of the platform, via HTTPS (SSL encryption). In addition to our technical solution, with the complexity of your valuephone username and password you determine the security of your data essentially by yourself. The more complex your password is the safer is your valuephone account. Which data you store in our applications is of course entirely up to you, as well as if you synchronize them with the portal or not. There is no compulsion for synchronization.
