DSLR Toolbox has two primary functions: it is a depth of field calculator and an angle of view calculator.
Providing the focal length, the aperture and the distance to the subject, with the depth of field calculator you can estimate which part of the scenery will be sharp in your photography. Or calculate the minimal aperture needed to picture a certain depth in acceptable sharpness.
The angle of view calculator tells you the horizontal, vertical and diagonal angle of view for a certain focal length and shows how many pictures you need to take for a 360° panorama. Or you enter the desired amount of pictures, and it calculates the focal length you need.
The DSLR Toolbox has a predefined list for 15 common sensor types and also supports various fisheye lenses.
