Extended Control - Pocket PC Control Panel settings are notoriously difficult to access. Extended Control puts configurable icons on your today screen which provide direct access to frequently used settings.
In addition, there's a running display of used program memory, storage memory and battery strength percentages. The memory display includes all storage cards you may have attached to your Pocket PC.
Clicking the right most 'settings' icon, you can determine which icons appear on the today screen and in which order. You can choose from all the standard Pocket PC settings (shown as red in image below) as well as those provided by your Pocket PC manufacturer (shown blue below). In addition, you can also choose any additional control panel applets you may have installed.
Each icon can be configured to open the control panel settings using a particular panel or tab. For example, this allows you to go direct to the Memory Running Programs list (3rd tab) with one tap rather than five via the usual Start...Settings method.
