This is of special interest for Users, who have a contract with free volumes or a free count of SMS or MMS per month. Thus you always see how much you have phoned and how many SMS/MMS you have sent and can so keep the overwiev.

Description Pulsing: If you have a charge of e.g. 60/10 in spite of free minutes, then for example on a phone call of 20 sec. it counts the whole minute, means 60 sec. For example 62 Seconds there will be 70 sec. count.
