RSSFtper allows you to use a the public/private folders of a secure remote FTP server to store/sync and view your RSS feed links. You can create a tiny text file on the FTP server of the RSS link. When you tap on the RSS feed the program will extract the RSS feed URL and download the RSS feed and display in the built in viewer.
