nScript - nScript is a tool that will allow you to execute scripts on your PocketPC.
A few examples are provided by the author (posting of your displayed files, saving a file on an http server, converting a series of characters into numerical values, a mini-shell, sending mail, etc...)
Truly powerful, but the creation is restricted to the C specialists.

The program checks your CPU usage at the chosen interval rate. The time interval can be changed from the toolbar

PHONEScheduler PHONEScheduler - PHONEScheduler allows you to power on or off the phone at predefined times.
The app works in the background and, at the specified hours, it will turn on the phone.
When out of range, the phone will be powered off

The name is maybe not appropriated anymore because of all the stuff it provides now. But at the beginning it was just made to manage all running processes as the Task Manager does in Windows on a normal PC
Turbo Tray Turbo Tray - Turbo Tray is a program that puts an icon in the System Tray and lets you single-click on it to change the processor's frequency, shifting through several values.
The program is memory-resident and will retain its settings even when the Pocket PC is turned off (but it won't survive a Soft Reset, of course)
HButton HButton allows you to assign unlimited number of applications to one hardware button on your device.
HButton is, and will be, FREEWARE. You can use it without any payments or limitations
Usage is very simple. If you press and hold button on which HButton is assigned, names of selected applications will be shown in given order
