Meeting Control Tool for HanDBase - The Meeting Control Tool (MCT) manages multiple, recurring, inter-related meetings, that share a massive number of action items, issues, change requests, assumptions, risks, and deliverables.
With the MCT, you will have in the palm of your hand the ability to control the following:
* Recurring agenda items for multiple meetings
* Meeting Minutes
* Logged Items (Journal)
* Deliverables
* Earned Value Reporting for deliverables
* Email distribution of Agenda and Minutes
* Email individuals with the list of logged items assigned to them, by due-date
In short, if complex meetings dominate your work life, and you have little administrative support for it, then this tool is for you.
This applet uses MS Access to produce meeting minutes, agenda, and action item reminders as Word documents attached to email
Includes an MS Access database with which the Palm database synchronizes
