ShortcutNoter - ShortcutNoter allows you to create shortcuts to PWI notes in the start menu.
To use the app, simply press the button, choose a file name, and draw your note. The program will save the note in the 'ShortcutNoter' folder and will create a link to it in the Windows start menu.
The application also has a list viewer, which can be used to delete the file and remove the shortcut.
