DrawingBMPing is a full-featured drawing tool that allows you to compose 240x268 pixel 256/16/2 colour BMP images. You can draw and also insert text into the images as well as use the drawing tools. You can also re-load a saved Bitmap image after saving to view the actual compressed image. The 24-Bit -> 8-Bit bitmap conversion from the libraries originally created by Ephraim Cohen 1996.
