ProMobile is a mobile dictation solution which enhances smartphones with professional dictation functionality, reducing the effort and steps involved in recording and processing dictation for medical practices, law offices, hospitals and insurance companies ? simply and at low cost. After the system software has been installed, dictation can be conveniently recorded, processed and sent with AES or DES encryption, facilitated with the simple menu system and by using either the keypad or the mouse. Once recorded and processed, dictation can be sent to existing digital dictation systems by UMTS, WLAN, GPRS or e-mail. Automatic data import by the server ensures that dictation is instantly available to transcriptionists. This saves time and processing steps and also reduces operating expenses thanks to faster and improved workflow.
