Bright Strobe manipulates the camera app to use the flash as a strobe light.
It's simple to use, just click Bright Strobe and the flashing starts in a few seconds, and click Escape to terminate flashing in a few seconds.
Note: On the 9700, the strobing rate is slower (approximately every 5 sec.) than on other devices, where the expected rate is approximately every 2 seconds. On the Tour it's currently every 3 seconds.

LSphone also offers another strobe/flasher with adjustable color, rate, and dwell, in BestFLASH. However, Bright Strobe is much brighter, as BestFLASH's flasher uses the screen and LED, not the camera flash.
