Gaxian Puzzle Pack - Tri Ball - Spheroids - MetaMorpher
The Tri Ball Tri Ball is a system of three magnetic balls, connected together with elastic strings. Each string can have a different elasticity that gives a variety of possible Tri Ball systems, each with a unique behavior.
The Controls
The Tri Ball is controlled by two outer magnets that can be moved around the table. Each magnet, when activated, attracts a ball of the matching color. Magnet timers are used to set when each magnet will be activated and for how long it will remain active for every shot.
The Goal The goal is to nest the Tri Ball into the target rings using least possible shots. The Tri Ball is nested when all three of its balls are firmly placed on the target rings of the matching colors.
Gaxian Spheroids contains six games based on the same concept. Player is to control balls that fly inside a 3D trunk, bouncing off the walls and colliding with each other. Depending on the game, balls are either controlled by dragging them with the stylus, or by specifying a target zone and applying force to them.
To successfully play the games, the player must have good space imagination, as the ability to predict three-dimensional ball movement paths, affected by bouncing off the walls and ball collisions, is the key factor in Gaxian Spheroids.
Bonuses can be picked in all games by hitting bonus cells (outlined with red or green lines). Red (harmful) bonuses will jump to the left tray and take effect immediately. Green bonuses will jump to the right tray and will not take effect until you activate them. Tap a bonus in the right tray to use it.
The task of the game is to pass user-controlled active shape through a series of hazard planes.
The active shape is a projection of some 3-D figure. By rotating the imaginable 3-D figure (using touch screen or arrow buttons), you can change the appearance of the shape and its position on the screen. The task is to fit the shape exactly into the hazard plane cuts.
