Contacts backup
A NetQin Account can help you to backup and restore your contacts conveniently across Android, Symbian and iOS.
Backup contacts
You can backup your contacts to server or to the SD card. It is recommended to backup to server to keep them safe.
Backup to server: Backup data is protected with your account and password, in order to protect your privacy and build your personal information bank.
Backup to SD card: The backup data is in universal format and can be restored across PC OUTLOOK and other mobile phone operating systems.
Restore contacts
Restore your contacts from server or SD card to your phone.
Restore from server: Restore contacts from server to your phone upon account and password verification (available on mainstream operating systems).
Restore from SD card: Restore contacts from the SD card to your phone. If backup data on the SD card is deleted or damaged by accident, they cannot be restored. Therefore, it is recommended that you backup to server so that your contacts will never get lost.
NetQin Account
Account Management: Create, log in or switch NetQin Account or change password easily, etc..
Create NetQin Account: If you don't have a NetQin account, you can create one by following the prompts. Please use an Email address as the user name as it will be used for password retrieval and cross-platform backup.
Log in to the NetQin Account: If you have a NetQin Account, you can log in by inputting correct user name and password.
Switch NetQin Account: If you have logged in to a NetQin Account, you can switch to another NetQin Account.
Change Password: Click "Forget Password" on the landing page and you will enter into the operation page. Please operate by following the prompts.
Anti-lost
When your phone is lost, you can locate your phone, wipe the private information, lock your phone, set off alarms and send alarm messages when the SIM card is changed.

Anti-lost: When this function is on, you can remote control the lost phone, send alarm messages when the SIM card is changed, etc..
Anti-lost wizard: This is a quickstart for you to get to know about Anti-lost, set Anti-lost settings and demonstrate the functions.
My Location: Find where you are.
Remote locate: Send a command to locate the lost phone, and when you receive the location information, you can view it on the phone or on PC. You can share this function with your friends.
Remote delete: You can send a command to wipe your private information on your phone to prevent privacy leakage. You can share this function with your friends.
Remote lock: You can send a command to lock your phone to prevent illegal use. You can share this function with your friends.
Remote alarm: View function description. You can send a command to set off alarms to expose the thief. You can share this function with your friends.
Anti-lost Settings: Set Anti-lost password, secondary mobile phone number, etc..
To view all the commands, please click Menu and select Remote control Commands. When your phone is lost, you can send Remote control Commands, and if the Anti-lost function is On, all the commands will be executed. When the command is received by the lost phone, it will be deleted so that the thieve will not find the Anti-lost password.
Anti-lost Password: Set an Anti-lost password. When you activate Anti-lost and enter into the function or when you send remote control commands, you need to input the Anti-lost password.
Reporting Number: Set a Reporting Number. When the SIM card of the lost phone is changed, the secondary mobile phone number will receive an alarm message containing the new number of the lost phone so that you can remote control your phone; you can reset the Anti-lost password with the secondary mobile phone number.
Note: If the message from the secondary mobile phone number is filtered by other software, or is not received in the Inbox, the command in the message will not be executed. Please set the secondary mobile phone number cautiously. It is recommended that you inform the secondary mobile phone owner after setting in case that the owner delete the alarm messages without knowledge of the situation, which makes it hard to find your phone.
Remote notify: When the SIM card on the lost phone is changed, a default alarm message will be sent to the secondary mobile phone number.
Password required for uninstallation: Anti-lost Password is required to uninstall NetQin Anti-virus. This function is Off by default.
