AROMATHERAPY RECIPES FOR ANGER MANAGEMENT
Scent Balls.
Add 5 drops of essential
oils used to manage anger like orange, lavender or ylang ylang to a cotton ball
and sniff it whenever you begin to feel your temper rising.
Room Scent.
Add
12 drops of essential oils used to manage anger like orange, lavender or ylang
ylang to ¼ cup (2 oz or 60 ml) of water, place it on an oil warmer and light
the candle to scatter the soothing scent.
Body
Massage Oil.
Add 50 drops (2.5 ml or ½ teaspoons) of essential oils used to manage anger like orange, lavender or ylang ylang
to
one cup (8 oz or 250 ml) of sweet almond oil or any other carrier oil to make a
body massage oil.
Aromatherapy Gel
Add 50 drops of
essential oils used to manage anger like orange, lavender or ylang ylang to one
cup (8 oz or 250 ml) of natural aloe vera gel to create a non-greasy, calming moisturizer.
Aromatherapy Bath.
Create a relaxing bath by dispersing 12 drops of essential oils used to manage anger like
orange, lavender or ylang ylang in your warm bath water.
