GIFANMTexter - GIFANMTexter allows you to create animated GIFs from text files.
To use the app, choose the folder where the text files are located and select 'Compile GIF' from the toolbar to create the animation. You can also change the font size from the settings.
The software uses the GIF animation libraries from WhirlGIF by Mark Podlipec.
