ShortcutTexter - ShortcutTexter allows you to create shortcuts to text files in the start menu.
To use the app, simply enter your text and press the button. The program will save the note in the 'ShortcutTexter' folder and will create a link to it in the Windows start menu.
The application also has a list viewer, which can be used to delete the file and remove the shortcut.
