goober VoIP - allows you to make cheap international calls to mobile phones and landlines. For 40 countries, the first two minutes of every conversation are free. After the call, the cost for those two minutes will be credited to your account.
For more savings, you can use flatrates. Flatrates are available for individual countries, for Europe and for Asia, and allow you to call as much as you want, whenever you want.
You can easily buy credit or flatrates within the iPhone app or via iTunes.
Regularly, no caller ID is shown when calling with goober VoIP. You can, however, configure a caller ID that you would like to be shown.
