VLC for Android - VLC is a port of the famous open source, cross-platform media player to the Android platform. With VLC, you can watch movies stored locally on your device, or streamed directly to your smartphone or tablet via HLS, MMS or RTSP protocols.

VLC sports an intuitive interface and enables you to easily adjust volume and brightness using touch gestures. Also included is a handy widget that allows you to control audio playback right from the home screen.
