Palmphi is a Windows desktop tool for visual design and PalmOS code generation.
The main features are:
WYSIWYG.
Visual design
Object inspector for controls and forms, like many visual IDEs (Delphi, Visual Basic,...).
Class browser with help, so you get instantly information about each method.
Code autocompletion, just type the name of an object and after pressing ''.'' you get all methods and properties for this object.
The programming language is C, but you can use some predefined objects.
The source code is preprocessed to allow a further level of abstraction, adding pseudo-objects that can be accessed through properties and methods.

PilRC PilRC is a Platform Independant program (sources are provided) for developing Palm Computing Platform applications.
It takes a resource script file and emits one or more binary resource files which are then included by your project's .rc, .asm or other resource file.

CondInst CondInst is a developer tool used during installations of conduits. Instead of creating a new CondInst.dll and pci.exe pr. conduit, you can most of the time just use CondInst.
CondInst requires a meta file describing the conduit to install/uninstall. The meta file must be created in a text editor such as Notepad or Vim
SyncNotify SyncNotify is an app for the other applications that need a hotsync to be installed properly. This app does not SIMLUATE a hotsync, it just makes the receiving application believe that one occured.
For example, I copied the IBM Java VM from my SD card to my palm. Well, the application was unusable because it needs to be synced to install properly
