MyFitness supports cross training by logging your aerobic activities, using a built-in database of over 50 activities, such as jogging, tai chi, tennis, swimming, and many more. Once you log the time spent on your activity, MyFitness calculates the total calories you''ve expended exercising for the month. It even compares the calories to your goals to help keep you motivated.
