FolderFTPing allows you upload complete folders of your PocketPC to a remote FTP server as a single ZIP file. Select the folder where the files are and select 'FTP Folder' to create the ZIP file and upload to the FTP server. The program also has a full service FTP file manager. The ZIP compression is from Info-ZIP.org libraries

Select the folder where the files are located and select 'FTP Upload Folder' from the toolbar to open the FTP server and compress all of the files into a ZIP file and send to the remote FTP server
FilesFTPerer FilesFTPerer allows you to upload files to the public/private folders of a secure remote FTP server and creates a windows lnk file to download the file off of the FTP server. When you upload a file the .lnk file is created in the current folder. Tap on the lnk to download the file off of the FTP server and execute in the associated application
