SerVive Logbook for HanDBase-A database suite originally created for logging all service and client details for an engineer in the hospitality sector of the access control industry. Ability to store details for Clients (Names Addresses etc), Account Numbers, Contract Expiry Dates, Account Manager, Customer ID, Hardware installed, service data, parts fitted, site survey details, cost of parts, allocation to engineers, Last Visit Date, Fault listings, Hardware Serial Numbers, etc. Has a single entry in DB as an example and all the fields can be easily renamed to your specific requirements together with the pop ups. No forms included as the quantity of data per record makes the forms a bit of a nuisance.
