Techtalk System Monitor Pro - It's a great application for finding out system components and their status. Allows you to set target IP, SNMP port, community string, polling (monitoring) interval and disk full alarm threshold. You can even set to ignore any specific alarm, for cases when component, such as wireless connection, is not in use.
