When you choose to View a meeting, the summary of all the agendas, attendees, tasks, minutes & documents are shown which is handy to know the meeting details without getting into each screen.

The Meeting Documents in your Pocket PC can be linked to the meeting record.
The Documents are shown with their own icon (for example a Pocket Word document will be shown with file icons used by Pocket Word in your Pocket PC).
You can directly open & edit the documents from within the Meeting Organizer without having to go to File Explorer.
Meeting Organizer provides a free text entry for the synopsis with option to specify Topics & underlying Points which automatically gives you the desired format.
Meeting Organizer also supports Alarm Reminder (using the Inbuilt Notification Event) which reminds you about the meeting on a preset time.
Meeting Organizer is developed with .NET Compact Framework 2.0, hence supports wide variety of Pocket PC Devices with different Screen Orientations.
