What's New in This Release:
· Use Connection Manager to turn on cellular data channel if it's off. This eliminates what's probably the biggest problem folks are having using Crosswords.
· Simplify relay connection model in the hope it'll be easier to use: host must connect first to "reserve" room, then guest[s] connect. Error/status messages added to guide first-time users.
· Put up connection dialog after user connects in the wrong order to make it easier to understand what to change or when to retry.
· Added Czech translation
· Fix crash on some WinMo 5.0 phones exiting in non-fullscreen mode.
· Don't put up certain dialogs more than once at one time
· Don't enforce a timeout while devices are making initial connection to the relay
