05-What? - The 05-What? application is used to convert Israeli cell phone numbers to their new format. Until recently, Israeli cell phone numbers had a 3 digit area code (05x or 06x) followed by a 6 digit number. As of April 20, 2004 the numbering system has been changed. Each Israeli cell phone provider now has only one area code that starts with 05 and is followed by one additional digit. The area code is now followed by a 7 digit number. It will be possible to continue dialing the old numbers until October 31, 2004. During that period both old and new numbers can be used. 05-What? provides the flexibility and reliability that you need in order to convert all of your cell phone numbers to their new format. You can use 05-What? in Hebrew or English. Before you register, you can convert numbers in Test Mode, or preview the conversion of the numbers in your Address Book. Once you've registered, you'll be able to automatically convert all of your Iseraeli Cell Phone numbers to their new numbers.
