GyanSinc - I have been the IT Director of several different international organizations during the past decade. In all cases the employees of the organizations used Palm handheld devices but could not share their contact information because we did not use Microsoft products. To solve the problem I designed a web based contact management system that integrates selected contacts from Palm Desktop. It has been very successful and we have finally made the software suite available for new organizations and perhaps even small companies to use on their own. This is a great e-newsletter and relationship management software package with advanced searching and sort options that could replace your own organizational database. And best of all it integrates the contacts of your Palm! It is free for users who wish to email 250 contacts or less and can be contracted at a low monthly rate by higher level users. Enterprise level users can even buy the code.

File Uploader File Uploader is a solution to store any PC files on Palm. Forget floppies, CD-RW, or any type of storage device. Just drag the files on Windows application provided and sync your Palm. Now, just connect the Palm on destination computer, sync again, and you have your files
TextSync Conduit This conduit will sync text bases (PDOC) with regular text files in your desktop, merging them if both have changed
