VFSBackup (Palm OS) allows you to backup some or all of the databases in your handheld to a VFS (Virtual File System) compatible memory card. Backups can be scheduled to be performed at a given time every day, or you can perform a backup when you require it.

prc files are handled by Launcher.
txt files are handled by Memo.
vcf files are handled by Address book
ForceDelete ForceDelete is used for deleting files in RAM (or Program Memory) that cannot be normally deleted because they are in use.
It does this by scheduling them to be deleted on reset and then by performing that reset.
ForceDelete is a control panel so you need to open the Palm Prefs application to access it
