dTree-MMSE is a Palm OS version of the Folstein Mini-mental State Exam.
· Easy-to-use data entry screens to prompt the user for each of the 30 questions.
· Responses are entered into check boxes. No text entry is required.
· Hardware "up/down" buttons can be used to move between screens.
· Score screen computes MMSE score and calculates the median score based on age and educational level.
· Does not require a run-time module
