upIRC (formerly apIRC) is a fully RFC-compliant client for Internet Relay Chat (IRC) servers, packed with a wide range of features.
Companion PQA
The upIRC Companion PQA (found in the download section) provides an online IRC server directory. It requires upIRC 3.20 or later. If you have a device that does not properly support the PQA, you may find the server directory at http://mobile.smittyware.com/irc/
