Collection Receipt is a finance application which is useful for vendors who operate vending machines such as jukeboxes, video pokers, soda pop machines, candy machines, and other amusement/vending equipment.
The program reads from the Palm's built in Contacts/Address book program to save user time of not having to make a separate contacts list. The software calculates the sales taxes, merchant/operator percentages, less expenses, net total and other collection information. The receipts can be printed to a mobile printer using the PDA's infrared port and the receipts may also be saved for future access and re-printing duplicates. The user can sort by the stored receipts by the customer's name and date for quick access to saved receipts. Saved receipt are backed up on your computer when you hotsync your PDA.
The program can sum up the receipts between any dates for an individual customer or all the customers for quickly calculating totals for research, 1099 tax forms, etc. Printing is done using an irprint driver available at irprint.com. Many mobile printers automatically include the irprint driver for FREE including the highly recommended printer.
