FileCabinetC (Palm OS) is a database program for the Palm pda. FileCabinetC uses the standard office file cabinet as a metaphor for storing and organzing any type of data. The entry screen is free form, allowing the user to decide what and how data is displayed. The initial Palm screen displays five cabinet drawers. Tap on or "open" a drawer and the Palm then displays five folders. Tap on or "open" a folder and the Palm displays five files. Tap on or "open" a file and the screen displays ten lines for data entry. Thus, the user has access to 1,250 lines for data entry. Drawers, Folders, and Files can be given any title the user selects.
