Export to Doc Instructions
Before using this feature make sure your drop down filter category selector doesn't say 'All', but that an category is selected. Whatever records you are viewing for that specific category will be exported to a Palm doc file. You need to have a doc reader installed to access those files. Each part of your transcript is exported to a different file so you have to put them together manually in another doc file. You can easily do this by cutting and pasting. At this time this feature is not automated due to limitations in the code.
