ED Tracker is an application designed to replace that little piece of paper emergency physicians use to keep track of their patients. In addition, it adds a few more bells and whistles to streamline patient care. Designed by an emergency physician, ED Tracker was written with speed in mind.
· Patients can be rapidly entered into the system and monitored by room and date seen.
· Physicians, PA's, and Nurse Practitioners can see at a glance what patients they have currently active in the ED and who is managing the patient's care.
· The provider can document where in the workup the patient is, and rapidly update the list to account for new labs and studies coming back.
· Chief complaints are focused on the emergency department and selectable in seconds from a list.
· Patients can be marked for follow-up
· Providers can add customizable information about any patient
· The software tracks the time from when the patient was seen to when they were dispositioned
· Export patients lists to the memo pad, customizable by date, provider, follow-up and disposition.
· Easy importing of patients to any database or spreadsheet that supports text.
