AirShare for Palm OS - Not only can you send an alarm/appointment/reminder to anyone, but you can also send/beam them this free program free*. The appointment/reminder has an option to set an alarm and if hotsynced, will show up in their MS Outlook on their PC. Select whether to beam the program or data, alarm or silent appointment. Don't rely on someone else to remember to write something down in their calendar. Know that they will be reminded before the event.
*You only need to register if you plan to send messages (using the program to receive messages is free).
