It seems to be one of the few freeware drawing applications to work correctly with the Treo color selector. It appears that Palm changed the color handling when they went with the newer versions which broke many of the older applications

DoubleDraw DoubleDraw is a freeware version of a double drawing screen program that allows you to do two sketches on one screen
Pen+ Pen+ is a great app that allows you to draw directly on the screen.
With several useful features:
- 7 screens
- Pen colour selection (or grayscale)
- 3 pen widths
- Almost entire screen to draw on
- Only 50k of Palm OS RAM used
